SALMEC s.r.l.<\/strong> was founded in 1924 <\/strong>by Angelo Bragagnolo who, on the strength of experience gained as a blacksmith and carpenter with a steam engine operator’s patent, decided to set up his own business behind the house.<\/p>

With this \u2018artisan workshop\u2019, Angelo Bragagnolo wanted to respond to the local demands of a highly mechanised agriculture in a market attentive to the various innovative experiences, providing his well-known ability to solve the technical problems that other artisan colleagues posed to him in various sectors, such as mechanics<\/b>, carpentry<\/b> and construction.<\/b> In 1985<\/b>, three of Angelo’s sons picked up the founder’s legacy by starting SALMEC, a company that keeps the original philosophy intact while looking towards technological development and innovation.<\/b><\/p>

Today, with more than eighty years of experience, SALMEC presents itself to the market with a wide range of innovative products together with a friendly and efficient service offering. Specialised in on-board equipment and automation<\/b>, conveyor belts<\/b>, three\/four\/five-axis actuators, our company is able to satisfy the most varied requirements.

The basic principle on which the Quality policy is based is:<\/p>

\u2018maximum customer and stakeholder satisfaction, respecting mutual expectations and needs, achieved through the high quality of the products and services offered\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>

Through the systematic implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:20015, with the aim of pursuing continuous improvement of our products and service.<\/p>

It therefore means that:<\/p>

  • We must continuously improve<\/b> by designing and manufacturing innovative products in compliance with the applicable mandatory standards. The ability to continuously improve will be measured not only by verifying the attainment of the objectives established in the process policies, but also by assessing the cost-benefit ratio, the value of which will be established by management in the quality system review taking into account market situations and customer expectations.<\/li>
  • <\/i><\/b>Customers and stakeholders must always be held in the highest regard, and we must all work by focusing our attention on satisfying mutual demands and interpreting each other’s needs so that they can be translated into products and services that meet everyone’s expectations.<\/i><\/b><\/li>
  • The ability to work towards customer satisfaction by direct and indirect methods<\/b>, as well as by verifying the achievement of objectives set in process policies. Management will quantify the value of these indicators during the quality system review so that they are relevant, appropriate and commensurate with market situations and customer expectations.<\/li>
  • Quality is everyone’s responsibility and personal commitment, and it is therefore the duty of the process managers and each employee to ensure that the basis is in place to ensure that the objectives set out in this document, those relating to processes and those defined periodically in the management review are systematically achieved. For this purpose, compliance with the contents of the quality system procedures is of fundamental importance, whose level<\/b> <\/b>of application will be measured<\/b> with DEFINED PERFORMANCE INDICATORS.<\/b> It will be up to the management to determine the value of these indicators during the quality system review and on this occasion it may decide to identify (and quantify) further indicators.<\/li><\/ul>

    The Management<\/i> formally undertakes to conduct a systematic and documented review of the quality system to ensure its continuing adequacy and effectiveness in meeting the requirements of the reference standard, the objectives expressed in the company’s quality policy, those defined in the process policies and those that will be defined from time to time during the review itself. The review is the institutional occasion in which the measurement criteria for each identified indicator will be established and the necessary resources and the most appropriate and adequate means will be made available to enable the REVs. of the Processes involved to work towards achieving the identified objectives.<\/span><\/p>

    The Managemen<\/i>t is aware that the contribution of each employee is fundamental to the achievement of the company’s objectives, and to this end has assigned precise tasks and responsibilities.
